Next to the rice field, there’s an udon restaurant that opens almost 24/7. The ladies already know what I want: udon with pumpkin tenpura, and chicken onigiri. And that’s only ¥470.

El yuzu kosho es el condimento típico para el udon en la región de Kyushu. Tiene un aroma cítrico pero si te pones mucho pica.
うどんなら、九州で標準の調味料はゆずこしょう。すっきりした香りするけど、入れすぎると辛い。
Yuzu kosho is the default seasoning for udon in the Kyushu region. It has a citric smell, but if you put too much in your udon it’ll get very spicy.
