Ayer creo que me comí el mejor tonkatsu de mi vida, y el sitio era muy pintoresco.
昨日は生まれてから一番おいしい豚カツを食べたかもしれない。お店も面白かった。
Yesterday I might have had the best tonkatsu in my life. The restaurant was very interesting, too.

For example, this note was taped to the wall behind where Ai was sitting: “this seat is wider than the other one”. What did that mean? We were wondering for some minutes.
A Ai se le quedó esta cara de tanto divagar. Pero al final concluimos que los dos eran igual de anchos siendo el de Ai un poquito más profundo (la distancia hasta el fondo).
愛が迷っている顔になりました。結論としては、幅は両方同じだけど愛が座っていた席の方が奥が深いことが分かりました。
Ai’s face turned like this after so much wondering. But at last we concluded that both seats were equally wide, being Ai’s seat deeper (from front to back).
Y nos trajeron el tonkatsu épico súper casero. El tonkatsu en sí es un filete de cerdo empanado, y en los restaurantes donde lo sirven se suele poder repetir de arroz y de ensalada. Esta vez extrañamente no llegué a repetir.
そして「上ロースカツ」が来た。ご飯やキャベツのおかわりは、珍しく要らなかった。
And then the epic hand made tonkatsu came. Tonkatsu itself is a deep fried pork cutlet, and in restaurants serving this they usually offer free refills for rice and salad. For some reason, I didn’t need any refill this time.
¿Por qué? Porque el tonkatsu era muy gordo y con mucha grasa. Algo que no me habría hecho tanta gracia de no ser porque, al ser carne de muy buena calidad y estar hecho todo por una sola persona con todo el cariño del mundo, estaba buenísimo.
何でかというと、分厚くて油がいっぱいの豚カツだったから。普通はこういうがっつり系にはあまり興味がないけど、いいお肉に愛情を込めて豚カツにしてくれるならば、いただきます！本当に美味しかった。
It was because the cutlet was so thick and greasy. I’m usually not interested in this kind of “big food”, but if it the meat is this quality and it’s cooked with love by just one person, then I’m in.
Intentaré volver a este sitio, y espero que cuando vaya queden tonkatsus épicos de estos, que ayer solo había 5 y nos los acabamos nosotros.
このお店にはまた行きたいな。上ロースカツは数量限定で、昨日は5つしかなかったみたい。僕達が頼んだら終了になった。ごちそうさまでした！
I’ll try and come back to this place, and hope there are epic tonkatsus. Yesterday they only had 5 in total, and we had the last two.
