Todavía no hace un año desde que me corté el pelo en casa por última vez (hay vídeo) pero hoy tenía ganas. Mirad qué atractivo era yo hasta esta mañana.
It’s not been a year since I last cut my hair at home (there’s a movie of it) but I felt like cutting it today. See how attractive I was until this morning.

Así es como he acabado, fresquísimo y un poco más ligero. Necesitaba un cambio de aires.
そして、頭はこうなった。涼しいし、軽い。気分転換が必要だった。
And this is how I ended up, fresh and light. I needed a change.
Siempre me ha llamado la atención la manera de cortar la manzana que tienen en Japón, y creo que con este estilo se aprovecha mucho la manzana. Primero se corta la manzana en 4 partes, luego se pela, se quita el corazón de cada cuarto y finalmente se corta cada cuarto en dos mitades.
I’ve liked Japan’s way of cutting apples since I first saw it. You can eat a lot of apple from an apple by cutting an apple this way (is anybody actually reading my English?). Well, first you cut the apple in four, then you peel it and cut out the core part with the seeds, and to finish you cut every one of the four pieces in half.
El estilo que yo conocía en España, aunque no sale muy bien con los cuchillacos japoneses, consiste en pelar la manzana y, tomándola por su eje, cortar trozos tan grandes como puedas evitando el corazón.
