El 31 de diciembre del año pasado estábamos en Alicante y fuimos a comer con mi familia a un bar que hay cerca de casa: el Juanito.
12月31日はスペインのアリカンテにいたので、お昼は家族と一緒に家の近くにあるJuanitoというバルで食べに行った。
Last December 31st we were in Alicante and went out with my family for lunch at a bar near home: Juanito.
Es el típico bar español con mucho ruido, mucha basurilla debajo de la barra, y en el que todo está muy bueno.
伝統的なうるさくて、カウンターの下にゴミが多くて、何でも美味しいスペインのお店です。
It’s your typical noisy Spanish bar with lots of rubbish under the counter, and where everything tastes really good.
La ensalada tiene atún en escabeche del bueno y alcachofas, cosas que no son muy comunes.
サラダはアーティチョークやエスカベチェ漬けツナが付いていて嬉しい。
The salad has escabeche tuna and artichokes, which is quite uncommon.
El jamón, como no, muy bueno y muy bien cortado.
ハモンはもちろん美味しくて、上手に切ってある。
Ham is of course very tasty and well cut.
La ensaladilla también perfecta, sin demasiada mayonesa.
ポテトサラダも完璧。マヨネーズが多すぎないのがポイント。
Potato salad was perfect, with not too much mayonnaise.

Y para acabar, montaditos de lo que quieras. Mojama, queso, salchichas…
