Para empezar, la puerta es completamente automática y se abre sola.
始めにドアは完全自動で、勝手に開く。
For starters the door is completely automatic and opens on its own.
El lavabo también es automático. Te lava las manos sin que tengas que hacer nada.
手洗いも自動で手を洗ってくれるらしい。
And the washbasin is automatic, too. It washes your hands without yourself having to do anything.
Lavado de manos reglamentario:
- Agua
- 10 segundos de jabón
- 5 segundos de agua
- 10 segundos del otro jabón
- 10 segundos de agua
- Fin
決まり通りの自動手荒い：
- 水洗い
- 10秒間 洗剤洗い
- 5秒間 水洗い
- 10秒間 別の洗剤洗い
- 完了
Have your hands washed following the rules:
- Water
- 10 seconds of soap

- 10 seconds of a different soap
- 10 seconds of water

La puerta es tan automática que no te deja salir si no te has lavado las manos correctamente. Si no sabes esto te puedes quedar encerrado, y parece que de hecho no son pocos los empleados que se han quedado alguna vez.
ドアが自動過ぎてちゃんと手を洗わないと出させてくれない。これを分からないと閉じ込められる可能性が高い。ちなみに、閉じ込められたことがあるスタッフは結構いるらしい。
The door is so automatic, it won’t let you out if you don’t wash your hands properly. If you don’t know this point, you might have to stay in this toilet for hours. Actually, it looks like many workers have been locked up here.

El fin de semana vi por primera vez en un supermercado las cajas automáticas. Pasas el código de barras de lo que quieres comprar por el lector, y lo pagas. Así de sencillo. La foto que tengo es un poco cutre y no se ve la máquina entera, pero es lo mejor que pude hacer antes de que me llamasen la atención.
週末、スーパーで初めてセルフレジを見た。お買い物のバーコードをスキャンして払うだけだそう。この写真はあまり良くないけど、注意させれる前はこれしか撮れなかった。
Last weekend I saw my first self-service register at a supermarket. You just scan the barcodes for whatever you’re buying, then pay, then you’re good to go. This picture isn’t great, but it’s the best I was able to get away with before somebody told me I wasn’t supposed to take pictures.
Estas son las instrucciones:
- Deje su cesta sobre el mostrador.
- Pase el código de barras de cada producto por el lector.
- Seleccione en la pantalla táctil los productos que no tengan código de barras.
- Meta los productos escaneados en una bolsa, o déjelos por ahora encima del mostrador.
- Puede pagar en metálico o con tarjeta de crédito.
Había una sola persona encargada de cuatro cajas automáticas, supongo que está por si alguien no entiende cómo se usa la caja, o por si alguien quiere irse sin pagar.

- 正面または下のガラス面で商品に付いている「バーコード」を1つずつスキャンします。
- バーコードのついていない賞品は、タッチスクリーンから選びます。
- スキャンした商品は隣の袋に入れるか、大の上に置いて下さい。
- 現金投入口に現金を入れて頂くか、クレジットカード差込口のクレジットカードを通してお支払い下さい。
セルフレジ4台の担当をしているのは一人だった。それでも使い方の説明とか万引き防止だけでしょう。

These are the instructions:

- Scan the barcode for every product you are buying.
- Select products without barcodes using the touchscreen.
- Put the products you are buying in plastic bags, or leave them on the counter.
- You can pay using cash or credit card.
There was only one person in charge for four self-registers. I guess her job is explaining how to use the register, and make sure nobody is shoplifting too obviously.
