This was our setup at Fukuoka Now’s 10th Anniversary Party, and below is the stage. If someone has pictures of our live, please send.

El sonido fue bastante penoso porque además de no haber monitores (algo que hemos sufrido antes pero que ya hemos decidido no volver a aceptar) el volumen era tan bajo que ni el público ni nosotros mismos podíamos oír la música. Resultado: nuestra mesa de mezclas con niveles y gains subidos hasta límites absurdos, y nosotros incómodos y equivocándonos sin parar. No voy a compartir la grabación del concierto porque es muy dolorosa, pero pondremos una maqueta de una de las canciones nuevas muy pronto. Conclusión: hay que ser especialmente estricto en las pruebas de sonido cuando no es un sitio para hacer conciertos. Pero de todas formas la gente se divirtió mucho y nos gustó mucho tocar para gente nueva y hablar con ellos después. Gracias a Nick y a todos los de Fukuoka Now!

音は・・・痛かった。モニターがないのは初めてじゃないけどもう最後だと決めた。また、音量が小さすぎて音楽は客にもバンドにも聞こえなかった。結果は二つ：ミキサーを最大過ぎに設定しちゃったし、僕たちはやりにくくて間違えてばかりだった。ライブの録音は痛くて共有しないけど、近いうちに新曲の一つのデモを公開する。結論：ライブに向いてなさそうな箱だとサウンドテストを特に厳しくしないといけない。でも結局みんなが楽しめたし、僕たちも新しい人の為にライブ出来て嬉しかった。ニックとフクオカ・ナウの皆さんに感謝しています！

Sound was quite pitiful as not only there were no monitors (something we’ve endured before but after this time decided not to accept again) but the volume was so low that neither the audience or ourselves could hear the music. Results: levels and gains shamefully high on our mixer, and ourselves feeling awkward and making errors all the time. I’m not sharing the live recording as it a shame, but we’ll be releasing a demo of one of the new songs very soon. Conclusion: we must be specially strict when testing sound at places that are not really for playing live. Still, people enjoyed it and we were happy to play for a bunch of new people. Thank you Nick and all Fukuoka Now staff!
