La semana pasada probé el ramen de Ukokkei Ramen Ron, gracias a USK que me invitó.

先週USKが烏骨鶏ラーメン龍のラーメンをおごってくれた。ごちそうさま！

Last week USK bought me a ramen lunch at Ukokkei Ramen Ron.

Está hecho a base de un tipo de pollo llamado Ukokkei o Silkie que tiene tanto la piel como los órganos y los huesos negros.

骨も内蔵も皮も黒い烏骨鶏と言う鶏で出来てるラーメンだ。

It’s ramen with a Silkie (Ukokkei) chicken base. The Silkie is a chicken with black skin, organs and bones.

Había ramen de varios tipos, pero USK me recomendó el ramen de miso y efectivamente estaba buenísimo.

いろんなラーメンがあるけど、USKにすすめられた味噌は凄く旨かった。

Thee were different ramen types but the miso USK recommended was delicious.

El otro día yendo al paro paré en un konbini para comprarme la merienda, y me puse las botas por 188 yenes (poco más de un euro).

この間職安に行ってたら、途中でトライアルに寄って一休みした。コンビニで188円だけ使っていいおやつが食べれた。

The other day heading to the Employment Office I stopped by a konbini for a snack, and was completely satisfied for just 188 yen.

Wiener or Frankfurter?

Temaki-zushi (sushi enrollado a mano) de pollo, huevo y mayonesa. Si os creíais que todo el sushi lleva pescado, estáis tan poco informados como los japoneses que se piensan que todas las paellas llevan gambas. Nada grave, por supuesto. Por cierto, así es como se comen los rollos de sushi que venden “para montar” en los konbini.

Temakizushi (hand-rolled sushi) with chicken, eggs and mayonnaise. If you believed sushi needed to have fish in it, you’re the same as non-Spanish people who think that every paella has shrimps in it. Yeah, not a big deal. By the way this is how you eat the sushi rolls that are for sale at convenience stores.

CVS parece ser un acrónimo chungo de convenience store, pero a los programadores seguro que os suena de otra cosa. ¿De qué?

CVSってコンビニエンスストアの謝った頭字語かなと思うけど、開発のお仕事の人は他の意味でなじむかもしれない。知ってる人いる？

Looks like CVS is a lousy acronym for “convenience store”, but programmers here might be already familiar with this acronym. For what?

Como no todo pueden ser conciertos y fiestacas, hoy tenemos una entrada tipo día a día. Esto es lo que cenamos ayer: Pollo con salsa teriyaki, arroz, sopa de miso y ensalada.

毎日ライブイベントじゃないから、今日は日常なエントリーにしよう。昨日の晩ご飯は照り焼きチキンとお味噌汁とサラダとご飯だった。

We can’t spend every night at live events, so here is a normal life entry. What we had for supper yesterday: Teriyaki chicken, miso soup, salad and rice.

Receta de la sopa de miso
Ingredientes:

• Agua
• Katsuo dashi
• Miso
• Tofu
• Cebolla

Cómo se hace:

1. Primero mezclas un poco de katsuo dashi en el agua
2. Cuando hierva, metes la verdura y el tofu
3. Cuando parezca que la cebolla se puede comer, metes miso y remueves
4. ¡A disfrutar!

Receta del pollo con salsa teriyaki
Ingredientes:

• Carne de pollo con teriyaki por encima, disponible en cualquier supermercado

Cómo se hace:

1. Pasar por la sartén y listo

素材:
水

• かつおだし
• 味噌
• 豆腐
• タマネギ

作り方：

1. カツオだしは最初から入れる
2. お湯が沸いたら野菜と豆腐を入れます
3. タマネギが食べれそうになったら、味噌を溶かす
4. お召し上がれ

照り焼きチキンレシピ
素材：

• 照り焼きが付いている鶏肉

作り方：

1. フライパンで焼いて終わり

Recipe for miso soup
Ingredients:

• Water
• Katsuo dashi
• Miso
• Tofu
• Onion

Howto:

1. First mix some katsuo dashi into the water
2. When it boils, add the vegetables and tofu
3. When the onion stops looking like wet salad, add and mix some miso
4. Enjoy

Recipe for teriyaki chicken
Ingredients:

• Chicken meat with teriyaki on it, get it at any supermarket

Howto:

1. Cook it on a frying pan and BAM! you have teriyaki.
