El martes pasado entramos en un restaurante que es nuevo para nosotros, pero que lleva funcionando tres generaciones.
火曜日は初めてこのお店に入ってみた。三代も続いているお店らしい。
On Thursday we went to this restaurant for the first time. It seems to have been serving for 3 generations.
Tienen un estilo bastante personal de hacer el udon. Estaba muy bueno.
ここのうどんは独特だった。美味しかった。
They have a personal way of making udon. And it was quite good.
Mi pescado rebozado estaba un poco quemado por fuera, como me gusta a mí. Y el huevo frito parece más español que japonés.
僕の白身フライのパン粉がちょっとこげてた。本当はその方が好き。そして、ここの目玉焼きは日本の目玉焼きよりスペインの目玉焼きに見える。
My deep fried fish was a little burned on the outside, like I like it. And the fried egg looked more like a Spanish egg than a Japanese egg.
La “decoración” del sitio también es muy interesante, y me llamó especialmente la atención cómo lo tienen montado para tener disponibles mesas con tatami además de mesas con sillas en tan poco espacio.
お店の「インテリア」も面白い。特に気に入ったのは、狭いのに座敷もテーブルも選べるようにしてあるところ。
The place’s “decoration” is very interesting too. I was amazed at how they found space to have both tatami tables and chair tables at such a narrow place.
