Tengo un montón de fotos de un viaje por sitios secretos de Nagasaki y hoy os pongo un aperitivo.

長崎県で旅行してきた時の写真がたまっていて、今日からちょっとずつ公開します。

I’ve been hoarding a lot of pictures of our trip to Nagasaki’s secret places, but here are some.

Nagasaki, 長崎, Saikaibashi, 西海橋, Omura Bay, 大村湾, Bahía de Omura

Esta es la Bahía de Omura, una enorme masa de agua de 321km² muy poco comunicada con el mar exterior.

これは大村湾。外の海とあまり繋がっていない321km²の水域。

This is Omura Bay, a huge landmass of 321km² which is very little connected to the outside sea.

Este es el Shin Saikaibashi, uno de los puentes que cruzan uno de los dos estrechos. Dicen que a menudo se pueden ver numerosos remolinos por la increíble corriente que hay.

これは新西海橋。潮がすごく強くて、橋の上から渦巻きが頻繁に見えるらしい。

This is Shin Saikaibashi, one of the bridges over one of the connections. They say you can often see whirlpools below the bridge because of the incredibly strong currents.

Al sur del mapa podéis ver Nagasaki, y al norte Sasebo que es otra ciudad importante de la provincia. La chincheta es el puente de la foto de arriba. ¿Os gustaría viajar por aquí?

You can see Nagasaki at the south of the map, and Sasebo at the north. Sasebo is another important city in the Prefecture. The marker is the bridge on the picture above. Would you like to go on a trip around here?

Chanpon ちゃんぽん

chanpon, champon, chanmen, ちゃんぽん, ちゃんめん, Nagasaki, 長崎

El chanpon o chanmen es una sopa de fideos largos parecida al ramen, pero que lleva carne de cerdo, verduras y algo de marisco. Esta variedad es típica de Nagasaki.

ちゃんぽん及びちゃんめんは豚肉と魚介と野菜が入った麺。家で作っているのは長崎ちゃんぽんかな。

Chanpon or chanmen is a noodle soup similar to ramen but with pork, seafood and vegetables. The style we follow is typical of Nagasaki.

Las fotos son de dos días diferentes pero por lo general le ponemos cebolla, hakusai (col china), carne de cerdo y chikuwa que es un tipo de surimi con forma de tubo.

この写真はちゃんぽんを作った2回をまとめた物だけど、普段入れるのはタマネギと白菜と豚肉と竹輪。

These pics are from different days, but we usually put in onions, hakusai, pork and chikuwa – which is a kind of tube-shaped surimi.

Un extranjero ha sido avistado encaramado al cauce de un canal de Nagasaki.

長崎の川の横を上る外国人が、目撃された。

A foreigner has been spotted climbing the wall of a channel in Nagasaki.

No se desnudó ni se le había caído nada al canal, pero nos hacía ilusión que imitara la postura del extranjero desnudo del foso del Palacio Imperial. Publicaremos las fotos maqueadas más chulas que nos enviéis a la dirección que sale abajo del todo.

裸になったり、川に何かを落としたらしないけど、宮城の堀に素っ裸で入った外国人のまねはしたかった。このページの一番下に出るアドレスの送られてくる写真の改造は、公開します。

Este último se llama Puente Gafas, porque su reflejo en el agua completa dos circunferencias.

最後のは眼鏡橋と言って、水面での反射と一緒に見ると眼鏡の形に見えるらしい。

The last one is called Spectacle Bridge because it looks like a pair of glasses when you look at its reflection on the water.
