Ayer fue el día del Setsubun, y como todos los años nos comimos el sushi gordo llamado ehōmaki.
昨日は節分で、毎年のように恵方巻を食べた。
Yesterday was Setsubun, and like every year we had this thick sushi roll called ehōmaki.
No era tan legendario como los que nos regalaron el año pasado, pero nos lo comimos a gusto.
去年もらった恵方巻ほどは凄くなかったけど美味しくいただきました。
It wasn’t as epic as the ones we got last year, but we did enjoy them.

The direction to look at while you’re eating the ehōmaki this year was south-southeast. And when we got home we did some soy bean throwing as well.
