この間は久しぶりに親子丼を作った。僕のはどれでしょう？
The other day we made oyakodon. Could you tell which is mine?
Supongo que se hará de forma distinta en cada casa, pero esta es la nuestra.
- Se pone la carne de pollo y la cebolla en una olla con un poquito de caldo.
- Se añade mirin, sake y salsa de soja.
- Cuando ya tiene todo buen color se añade un huevo batido.
- Cuando el huevo está como lo quieres te pones todo encima de un cuenco de arroz blanco, y a disfrutar.
親子丼はそれぞれの家で作り方が違うけど、これは家の作り方。
- だしの少し入った鍋に肉とタマネギを入れる。
- みりんとお酒と醤油を加える。
- いい感じになったら溶いた卵を加える。
- 卵がお好みになったらご飯に乗せて、出来上がり。
Guess it’s made different in every household, but this is our recipe.
- Put the chicken and onion in a pot with soup.
- Add mirin, sake and soy sauce.
- When it looks alright, mix and add an egg.
- When the egg becomes the way you like it, put everything on top of a bowl of rice, and enjoy.

Como no todo pueden ser conciertos y fiestacas, hoy tenemos una entrada tipo día a día. Esto es lo que cenamos ayer: Pollo con salsa teriyaki, arroz, sopa de miso y ensalada.
毎日ライブイベントじゃないから、今日は日常なエントリーにしよう。昨日の晩ご飯は照り焼きチキンとお味噌汁とサラダとご飯だった。
We can’t spend every night at live events, so here is a normal life entry. What we had for supper yesterday: Teriyaki chicken, miso soup, salad and rice.
Receta de la sopa de miso
Ingredientes:
- Agua
- Katsuo dashi
- Miso
- Tofu
- Cebolla
Cómo se hace:
- Primero mezclas un poco de katsuo dashi en el agua
- Cuando hierva, metes la verdura y el tofu
- Cuando parezca que la cebolla se puede comer, metes miso y remueves
- ¡A disfrutar!
Receta del pollo con salsa teriyaki
Ingredientes:
- Carne de pollo con teriyaki por encima, disponible en cualquier supermercado
Cómo se hace:
- Pasar por la sartén y listo

Recipe for miso soup
Ingredients:
- Water
- Katsuo dashi
- Miso
- Tofu
- Onion
Howto:
- First mix some katsuo dashi into the water
- When it boils, add the vegetables and tofu
- When the onion stops looking like wet salad, add and mix some miso
- Enjoy
Recipe for teriyaki chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken meat with teriyaki on it, get it at any supermarket
Howto:
- Cook it on a frying pan and BAM! you have teriyaki.
