Este año os cuento de golpe todo lo que ha pasado en mi campo de arroz favorito hasta ahora, que hace poco lo han plantado. La primera foto es del 24 de marzo de 2008, y en esta entrada podéis ver cómo estaba el campo de arroz el año anterior.

Today I’m catching up with rice field activity this year. The first picture is from March 24th, and on this other entry you can see how the field looked one year before.
El 25 de abril ya estaba arado el campo. El año pasado no lo araron hasta mayo.
4月25日には既に耕されてた。去年は5月までされなかった。
On April 25th the field was already plowed. Last year they didn’t plow it until May.
El 5 de junio, en plena temporada de lluvias.
6月5日、梅雨の中。
June 5th, rain season.
El 18 de junio ya estaba inundado (¿has encontrado el cuervo?). Y así estaba el año pasado.
6月18日にはもう水が入ってた（からすを見つけた？）。去年はこの感じだった。
On June 18th it was already flooded (can you see a crow?). One year before, it looked like this.
El 24 de junio, cuando mis amigos de Alicante estaban disfrutando del agua en las hogueras de San Juan, el arroz aquí ya estaba plantado. Y aquí están las fotos de un año antes.
6月24日、地元のアリカンテの友達が火祭りで水をかけられていた時に、田んぼは既に田植えされていた。1年前の写真はこちら。
On June 24th, all my friends back in Alicante were enjoying water at the city’s bonfire festival, and this field was already planted. This is how it looked one year before.
Las más recientes que tengo son del día 8 de julio. Y hace un año, estaba así.
