Este vídeo lo teníamos guardado Mikel y yo para enseñároslo en Navidad. Es la iluminación navideña del Parque Kego (en Tenjin), que ya vimos apagada hace unos días.

Mikel and me were hoarding this video for Christmas. It’s the Christmas Illumination at Kego Park in Tenjin, which we have already seen when it was unplugged.

Hoy he ido a comer a casa de Mikel, un amigo de Bilbao que vive en Fukuoka, y al final han sacado unos pastelitos muy buenos que venían con refrigerante en la caja para que no se calentasen por el camino de la tienda a casa.
今日はスペインのビルバオから福岡に来たミケルという友達の家に食べに行ったら、デザートに美味しいシュークリームがでた。持ち帰り用のアイスパックがまだ付いていた。
Today I went to Mikel’s flat for lunch. Mikel is a friend of mine from Bilbao who lives in Fukuoka. At the end we had some yummy pastry that came in a box with some ice packs to keep it cool from the shop to the flat’s fridge.
Lo que nos interesó de verdad fue lo que pone en las bolsitas: “es inocuo pero no se debe comer”. También pone que lo puedes meter en el congelador de casa y reutilizarlo. Yo siempre cumplo con la primera parte de esta frase pero nunca con la segunda, con lo que tengo el congelador lleno de bolsitas de hielo.
「無害ですが食べられません」というのは不思議で面白かった。「ご自宅の冷凍庫で凍結させて再利用ができます」の最初の半分は僕もちゃんとやってるけど、最後の半分はやっていないので家の冷凍庫はアイスパックでパンパンだ。
Most interesting was the text – “This is harmless but don’t eat it”. About the other line “you can freeze these at home and use them again”, I do what the first part says but not the second one. So my fridge is filled with these ice packs.
