家の近くにお店があったんだけど、いきなりなくなって「テナント募集中」になった。
Near my home there was a shop but they went out of business and the place went “for rent”.

Poco después pusieron carteles de que iban a abrir otra tienda. Parecía de lo mismo: “productos saludables”.
しばらく経ったら、新しいお店がオープンするという貼り紙が出てきた。お店の種類は一緒：「健康商品」。
A bit later they put on posters about a new shop opening. It looked like they would be selling the same as the guys before them: “healthy products”.

En la inauguración regalaban productos y vino mucha gente mayor. La tienda me dio una impresión un poco rara porque apenas tenían muebles sino que solo tenían sillas plegables.
オープンの日にはプレゼントとかあってお年寄りが大勢よってきた。お店にはあまり家具がなくてちょっと変わった印象を受けた。折り畳み椅子ばかりだった。
On the opening day, there were presents and many elderly people were there. The shop itself didn’t give me a good impression because they had almost no furniture, just folding chairs.

Poco después cerraron y el local volvió a estar en alquiler. Me pregunto si la razón por la que no gastaron mucho en muebles era porque sabían que se iban a ir pronto.
ちょっとしたらまた閉店、テナント募集中。ちゃんとした家具を買わなかった理由はもしかしてすぐ出て行くと前もって分かってたことか？
A while after that they were closed and the place went for rent again. I wonder if they didn’t spend on furniture because they knew beforehand that they would be leaving soon.

Un tiempo después vuelven a anunciar la inauguración de otra tienda del estilo. Ojo al plástico tipo hanami que hay extendido en el suelo a modo de alfombra y a la estantería de la entrada. Creo que era su único mueble.
そのうちまた同じようなお店がオープンと。中に引いてあるお花見用シーツに注目。また、あの棚以外の家具がなかった気がする。
Not much later, a new shop would be opening. Check the plastic sheet that’s on the floor like it’s hanami, and check the shelf too. I think that was their only furniture.

A la inauguración fueron decenas de jubilados porque había descuentos, como viene siendo costumbre.
オープンの日は割引があったから、お年寄りが何十人来ていた。いつも通り。
A lot of retired people went to the shop for the opening discounts. As always.

Pero esta tampoco duró mucho, me la encontré vacía de la noche a la mañana.
しかし今回も永く保たなかった。いきなりからからになった。

Hace años que se escuchan rumores de que hay tiendas que dan regalos o descuentos a la gente mayor y al final consiguen venderles otros productos por mucho dinero, pero no sé si este es el caso. Me parece muy bien que haya tiendas en las que se puedan reunir los pensionistas, pero es muy extraño lo de este local y a mí me da una impresión bastante sospechosa. ¿Serán cada vez los mismos los que abren la tienda con otro nombre?
何年前から噂を聞いているけど、お年寄りに割引とかプレゼントをしながら別の商品を高額で買わせるという噂だ。ここはそうかどうか分からないけど。おばあちゃんたちが集まるお店があるのはとてもいいことだと思うけど、この物件の話は珍しくて怪しい印象が残っている。もしかして毎回同じ人たちがやっているかな？
I’ve been hearing rumors for years about shops that give presents or discounts to elderly people and then they sell them other stuff for a lot of money. Of course I don’t know if they were doing that here. I like retired people having places to meet, but this place’s story is quite particular and my impression is quite suspicious. Could it be that they are the same people opening a new shop every time?
