Está pintarrajeado con protestas sobre la política del Ayuntamiento de Fukuoka. Parece que a alguien no le dan bastante pensión.
落書きに内容は福岡市の文句。誰かの年金が安すぎるみたい。
It’s al complaints about Fukuoka’s policy, looks like somebody’s pension is not enough.
Me ha llegado una carta para que pague los impuestos municipales y provinciales. Como el año pasado empecé un negocio nuevo y no tuve tantos ingresos como el año anterior, tengo que pagar mucho menos. Y se puede pagar por domiciliación bancaria o directamente en cualquier banco, oficina de correos, o konbini (tienda 24 horas).

En Japón había un impuesto sobre la gasolina. Y digo había porque caducó el 31 de marzo de 2008 porque no lo han renovado. Este impuesto se usaba para construir y mantener carreteras, y personalmente me parece bien que las carreteras las paguen quienes las usen. El Primer Ministro Fukuda propuso restaurar el impuesto de la gasolina pero todavía no se sabe qué va a pasar.

Japan once had a gasoline tax. But it wasn’t extended and it expired on March 31th. This tax was used to build and maintain roads, and I think it was right to have people using the roads pay for them. Prime Minister Fukuda has been pitching the restoration of gasoline tax.
