LOL! O RLY?

At my office, sometimes one employee does a presentation explaining something useful for everybody. Today we had a presentation about English, and it was very interesting to listen to explanations of English for Japanese people. At the end, we talked about acronyms, like ASAP or FYI.

ROFLMAO
ROFLMAO: rolling on the floor laughing my ass off.

As there may not be a Japanese explanation on Wiktionary or Encyclopedia Dramatica I recommended that, when they find an acronym they can’t understand, they look it up at Google Images. Many times you can find very easy to understand images there.

O RLY?
O RLY: ¿no me digas?
O RLY: マジ?
O RLY: oh, really?

And that’s how about 20 Japanese people saw their first Commodore 64 screenshot, the one above.
