Este fin de semana unos amigos nos han regalado un surtido de ramen instantáneo Bō ramen (ramen de palo) de la marca Marutai, probablemente el ramen instantáneo de Fukuoka más sorprendente.
今週末、友達からマルタイの棒ラーメンをいただきました！しかも盛り合わせパッケージ。これは多分、福岡のインスタントラーメンの中で一番独特なのかこしれない。
This weekend we got from a friend couple an assortment of Marutai‘s Bō Ramen (stick ramen), probably Fukuoka’s most unique instant ramen.
Para empezar ayer nos comimos el «normal», que es tonkotsu (caldo de hueso de cerdo) y por supuesto también es el que viene en el paquete del diseño más clásico.
昨日は普通の豚骨の「生の風味」にした。もちろん一番昔ながらのパッケージのやつだった。
To get started yesterday we had the regular one, which is tonkotsu (pork bone soup) and of course comes in the most classical package.
Al contrario que todos los otros ramen instantáneos que he visto, que vienen hechos un gurruño, estos vienen bien tiesos. También es curioso que vienen en paquetes de dos (aunque se puede guardar la mitad sin problemas) y aun así ocupan mucho menos espacio.

It’s different from all other instant ramen I’ve seen in that noodles come in a straight shape. They also come in packages of 2 rations (though it’s still easy to save one for another day) and it’s surprising that they still take much less space than regular instant ramen.

Like all instant ramen that doesn’t come in its own bowl, you’ve got to choose what to put in. We didn’t have any suitable vegetables, so we only had eggs in it.

普通のスーパーに置いてあるのは知ってたけどこういう山笠盛り合わせパッケージがあるの知らなかった。ごちそうさまでした！美味しかったです！
