¡Feliz año nuevo a todos!
Happy New Year!
Akemashite omedetou gozaimasu!
This New Year’s Eve we had both the Japanese toshikoshi soba and the Spanish 12 grapes.
The Soba Ai’s mom prepared for us was awesome.
On New Year’s morning, we had ozōni which is a soup with mochi (rice paste).
There was also osechi, which consists in a lot of food made specially for New Year, as well as black beans (kuromame) and kuri kinton (mashed sweet potatoes and chestnuts). Everything made by Ai’s mom and everything delicious!
