¡Feliz Año Nuevo! Hoy como es día de Reyes quiero hablar de algo que me gustaría que me hubieran traído los susodichos cuando era pequeño. Tranquilos, padres: no existía. ¿Os acordáis que os conté que me había comprado el Pokemon Black? Pues hoy vengo a contaros el sabor de boca que me ha dejado después de hacer casi todo lo que se puede hacer en el juego.

あけましておめでとうございます！今日は三賢者の日だから、こどものころにもらいたかったものについて書きます。お母さん、お父さん、その頃存在しなかった物だから安心してね。ポケモンブラックを買ったって話はしましたね。今日の話は、そのゲームでできることをほとんどやってからの印象です。

Happy New Year! Today is the Three Wise Men’s day so I wanted to talk about something I would have liked the Wise Men to bring me when I was younger. Don’t worry mom and dad – it didn’t exist back then. Can you remember when I told you that I got myself Pokemon Black? Well, today I’m talking about how the game feels after achieving almost almost everything there’s available.

Primero os voy a contar cosas que me gustaría que hubiera en el juego pero no están presentes. Por ejemplo, ya que les ha dado por hacer los mapas en 3D me habría gustado que por lo menos fueran tan bonitos como los del Animal Crossing o algo así. Pero no, son igual que en la generación anterior solo que con una perspectiva diferente. También me habría gustado que los monstruos aparecieran en el mapa en vez de asaltarte desde la nada, un paso que ya se dio hace tiempo en la serie Dragon Quest.

まずはこのゲームにあってほしかったけどないことの話。最近のポケモンゲームのフィールドが3Dになってるので、今回はどうぶつの森なみにしてほしかった。しかしブラック・ホワイトのフィールドは前作のを傾けたような感じです。後、最近のドラクエなどみたいにモンスターがフィールドに見えてほしかったけど、これもない。

First let me tell you about features I’d have loved but just aren’t there. Now that the maps in Pokemon have been being 3D for a while, I expected them to give them an Animal Crossing-like feel or some other kind of facelift. Instead, we get the same kind of maps as the previous generation, just in a more tilted perspective. I’d have also liked the monsters to be visible on the map like they have been for many years now in Dragon Quest, but again they’re not.

Y durante las batallas, me habría molado un montón poder decir los nombres de los ataques y que los hiciera, o sea controlar por voz. Pero esto tampoco. Y en interfaz en general, no somos pocos los que pensamos que Soul Silver y Heart Gold eran más cómodos, excepto por las obvias mejoras en el sistema de intercambio y algunos detalles más. Por otro lado, un cambio que me ha encantado es que no salen pokemon antiguos hasta después de pasarse el juego una vez. En todos los juegos de pokemon anteriores se han mezclado desde el principio especies nuevas con antiguas (menos en el primer juego, claro) y este cambio ha sido muy refrescante. El juego es el que más me ha gustado desde Plata, exceptuando los remakes que están muy, muy bien.

戦闘時音声操作があったらすごいな、と思ったけどこれももちろんない。技の名前を言ったら繰り広げられるみたいな仕組みがあったら面白いね。後、ソウルシルバー・ハートゴールドのインターフェスの方が使いやすかったと思う人は僕も含めて少なくないようだ。交換するのが簡単になったのはあるけど！でも今作には気に入った変更もあった。今までの本編の作品では、最初から同時に新しいポケモンと以前のポケモンが混ざって出現していた（第1弾はもちろんのぞく）けど、今回は以前のポケモンがクリア後まで出てこないというのは凄く新鮮だった。「銀」以来一番好きなポケモンゲームだったかもしれない。リメイクをのぞく。リメイクは凄くよく出来ている。

During battles, it would have been awesome to use voice commands. Imagine just saying your beasts’ attacks and having them perform them. But we didn’t get this either. There are some of us, too who think the Soul Silver and Heart Gold interface was more comfortable, except for obvious improvements such as the trading system. But enough whining. I love how you can’t get any previous pokemon species until you beat the game. In every previous Pokemon game (except the first) you got a mix of new and old pokemon right from the beginning, but this time it’s all new pokemon until you beat the game once, which feels super fresh! This is the Pokemon game I have liked the most since Silver. And excepting the remakes which are amazingly well done.

Me he dedicado a conseguir un pokemon de cada (incluyendo uno en cada estado de evolución) y de los nuevos solo me faltan Zoroa y familia, que no se pueden conseguir si no fuiste al cine a ver cierta película. Mis sobrinas tampoco fueron, así que no los tenemos ninguno. Pero no solo he cambiado con ellas (aunque nunca he cambiado por Wi-Fi) sino que también he cambiado con desconocidos en el Pokemon Center. Esta historia que publiqué al respecto en el pepinismo instantáneo me gusta mucho.

できるだけ一匹ずつ捕まえてみた。進化もタネもみんな。ゾロア系以外・・・ゾロアは映画を観てないと手に入らないようだ。姪っ子達も観てないから、みんな持ってない。しかし今回はいろんな人と交換している（Wi-Fiでは交換していないけど）。ポケモンセンターで知らない人とか。これについて「pepinismo instantáneo」で公開したこの話は自分でもお気に入り。

I’ve been getting one pokemon of each (every evolution stage and all) and from the new collection I’m only lacking Zoroa and family, which you can’t get if you didn’t go to see a certain movie. My nieces didn’t go either so none of us have a Zoroa. But I have been trading with other people too this time around (not through Wi-Fi, though), even with unknown people at my local Pokemon Center. I love this Pokerus story (real story!) I published about this on pepinismo instantáneo (not in English).

Y por supuesto que me he hecho con todos los pokemon legendarios. Un par de ellos solo se consiguen en Pokemon White y me los prestó mi sobrina. Colaborar con mi propia sobrina fue una experiencia alucinante. ¡Pokemon es un puente entre generaciones, peña!
PS: Sí, mi favorito es Emonga y me he comprado una DSi XL de color amarillo 🙂

もちろん、伝説は全部捕まえた。その中の2匹はポケモンホワイト（姪っ子）から借りなければブラックで手に入らなかったけど。姪っ子と協力プレイするのは素敵な経験だった。みんな、ポケモンは世代を繋げる橋だぞ！

And of course I’ve got all legends. A couple of them you can only get them from Pokemon White, so I borrowed them from my niece. Achieving stuff hand by hand with my niece was a great experience. Pokemon is a bridge among generations, guys!
PS: Yeah my favorite is Emonga, and I got a yellow DSi LL 🙂
