El día 4 de agosto, víspera de mi cumpleaños, Takahin y Mahoroba-kun nos invitaron a Ai y a mí a una cena española. Parece que era la primera vez que cocinaban algo así.
8月4日、僕の誕生日の前の日、たかひんとまほろばくんがスペイン料理を作ってくれた。初めてだったらしい。
On August 4th, the day before my birthday, Takahin and Mahoroba-kun made us Spanish food. It was their first time.
La paella estaba muy buena. Me gustó mucho más que las que suelen dar en los restaurantes españoles de Japón, con muchas gambas y poco arroz.
パエリヤはうまかった。日本のスペイン料理店で頼むと、大体海老が多すぎてご飯が少なすぎるでしょ。でもこれはちょうど良かった。
Paella was good. Way better than the one they usually serve at Spanish restaurants in Japan, which would have too much shrimp and too few rice.
Parece que no sabían que a la tortilla de patatas se le da la vuelta, pero sorprendentemente estaba buena.
スペイン風オムレツは、本当はひっくり返るけど、これは新鮮で美味しかった。
Looks like somebody didn’t know you have to turn over the omelet, but susprisingly it didn’t taste like fail. it was good!
También compraron una tarta de cumpleaños, y ponía «Felicidades Alejandro y Ai» aunque solo era mi cumpleaños (el de Alejandro). ¡Un detalle muy divertido! ¡Muchas gracias!
ケーキまで買ってきてくれたけど、こう書いてあって驚いた「アレハンドロ と あいさん おたん生日おめでとう」。しかしアレハンドロだけの誕生日だった。こういう面白い小さなところで驚かせてありがとう！そしてごちそうさまでした。
They also got us a cake and it said «Happy birthday Alejandro and Ai». Too bad it was only my (Alejandro’s) birthday. But we love how they care about detail (like this) when it’s about surprising friends! Thank you!
