Ultraman y Astroboy en Yufuin 由布院にウルトラマンと鉄腕アトムが

Una curiosidad que me guardaba para hoy viernes es que en Yufuin me pude transformar en dos conocidos héroes #TLQM: Ultraman y Astroboy (Tetsuwan Atom).

金曜日のためにとっておいていた写真は、由布院でウルトラマンと鉄腕アトムにへんしんできたときの。

I saved some fun pictures for Friday: I became Ultraman and Astroboy!

Como veis, la de Astroboy es muy cachonda porque mi cabeza es enana dentro de la suya. ¿A que mola la variedad de sitios de estos para hacerse fotos que hay en Japón?

アトムの顔の中の僕の顔が小さくて面白かった。日本はこんな写真が撮れるところが多くて面白いね！

As you can see, my face was tiny inside Astroboy’s head. I love how there are lots of places to take pictures like these in Japan!

Yufuin, el pueblo 由布院という町

Yufuin es un pueblo rural y relajado. Ahora nosotros también vivimos en el campo, pero siempre mola ir a otros sitios tranquilos.

由布院は大分県の田舎のゆっくりした町。僕達も田舎暮らしだけど、それでもゆっくりできる場所に行くのは好き。

Yufuin is a rural and relaxed town. We’re living in the country now, too, but we love visiting this kind of other places too.

Es muy turístico. Hay muchísimas tiendas y restaurantes y gente caminando por todas partes, porque es un sitio en el que puedes ir a todas partes andando.

凄い観光地です。どこにでもお店も歩いている人がいる。どこまでも歩ける町だからね。

It’s very touristic. There are many shops, restaurants and people walking everywhere –because here you can go anywere by foot.

Este es el Kinrinko (mapa), un lago que hay al final de una calle con un montón de tiendas de regalos. Fijaos por el centro, porque veréis uno de los peces gordos que descansaban en agujeros redondos en el fondo del lago. ¡Muy curioso!

ここは金鱗湖（地図）、お土産屋さんがいっぱい並んでる道の奥にある湖。真ん中の方に、丸い穴で休んでいる大きい魚が見える。面白い！

This is the Kinrinko (map), a lake in the bottom of a street packed with souvenir shops. Note there’s a big fish resting on a round hole in the ground under the lake. Cool!

Fiat 500 de cuerda ゼンマイ付きフィアット500

La semana que viene os hablaré de nuestro viaje a Yufuin, un pueblo de onsen (baños termales) en la provincia de Oita. Pero hoy abro la veda con una de las cosas más sorprendentes que encontramos allí: ¡un Fiat 500 de cuerda! Yo me creía que era un Seat 600, pero un montón de gente en los comentarios me ha dicho que no. ¡Gracias!

来週はこの間の由布院温泉旅行の話をする予定だけど、今日はびっくりした発見の写真を公開：ゼンマイのフィアット500！セアト600だと思ってたけどコメントでいろんな人に指摘された。ありがとう！

Next week I’ll write more about our recent trip to Yufuin, an onsen (hot springs) town in Oita Prefecture. But today I wanted to show you these pictures of one of the most surprising things I saw there: a clockwork Fiat 500. I thought it was a Seat 600 but many people kindly let me know in the comments..

No funciona ni se mueve, y de hecho es solo un adorno de una tienda de organillos (mapa). Pero si ver un Seiscientos en Japón ya impresiona, imaginaos lo que fue esto.

オルゴール屋さん（地図）の前に飾ってある動かないオブジェだけど、日本で600を見かけるのはそもそも珍しいし、まさかゼンマイだなんてびっくりだね。

It doesn’t work or move, in fact it’s just advertising the music box store behind it (map). But finding a 600 in Japan is rare, and even more if you’re looking for a clockwork one.

Ai, embarazada de 7 meses, esperó pacientemente mientras hacía un par de fotos. ¡La semana que viene, más Yufuin!

妊娠8ヶ月目の愛ちゃんが、写真を撮る間座って待ってくれてた。来週はもっと由布院！

Ai, who has been pregnant for 7 months, waited patiently as I took a couple of pictures. Next week, more Yufuin!

Hakata Machiya Furusatokan 博多町家ふるさと館

Cuando estaban por aquí nuestros amigos refugiados de Tokio también aprovechamos para pasear por el centro de Fukuoka y muy cerca de donde se hace la carrera de culos del Festival Yamakasa. Pero esta foto no es de la Fukuoka actual, sino de una maqueta presente en el museo Hakata Machiya Furusatokan, que os presento hoy.

東京から避難してきた友達がいる間、福岡を観光して博多祇園山笠祭の会場の近くを散歩した。でもこの上の写真は現在の福岡ではなくて昔の町並みのモデルです。今日紹介する博多町家ふるさと館にある楽しみの一つです。

When our evacuated friends from Tokyo were here, we spent one day visiting Fukuoka. We walked near the starting point for that oshiri-race called Yamakasa Festival. But this picture isn’t of current Fukuoka but a model you can see at Hakata Machiya Furusatokan.

Está lleno de objetos y herramientas tradicionales de la ciudad de Fukuoka y ayuda a imaginarse cómo vivía la gente aquí hasta el siglo pasado. Por ejemplo, nos cautivó este telar de Jacquard medio automático.

福岡の伝統的なものや道具がいっぱいで、ここでの20世紀までの生活を何となく想像できる。例えばこのジャカード織機にみんな魅かれた。

It’s full of traditional objects and tools from Fukuoka, and it helps you picture how people lived here until the last century. For instance, we all felt interested in this Jacquard loom.

Tiene patrones almacenados en forma de tarjetas perforadas, como algunos de los primeros ordenadores. Y la inventaron hace más de 200 años.

昔のコンピュータみたいにパンチカードで動いている。しかも200年以上前に開発されている。

It has its patterns stored on punched cards, like some of the oldest computers. And it was developed more than 200 years ago.

Parece que las agujas se mueven según las tarjetas perforadas. ¿Os han dado ganas de visitar el museo? Está muy céntrico (mapa) y solo cuesta 200 yenes visitarlo.

針がパンチカードに従って動いてるらしい。この博物館に行ってみたくなりました？便利な場所にあるし（地図）入場料も200円で安い。

It looks like the needles move according to the patterns on the punched cards. Would you like to visit this museum? It’s quite centric (map) and it only costs 200 yen to go in.
