Cómo hacer arroz con curry — カレーライスの作り方

El otro día estaba solo y me hice curry para cenar como un hombre.

この間一人だったからカレーを作って男らしく食べた。

The other day I was alone so I made myself curry in order to have supper like a man.

Ingredientes:

  • Arroz
  • Curry precocinado

Pasos:

  1. Lavar el arroz.
  2. Meter el arroz en la máquina y tocar el botón.
  3. Poner el curry encima del arroz calentito y a comer.

食材:

  • お米
  • レトルトカレー

手順:

  1. お米を洗います。
  2. お米を炊飯器に入れ、ボタンを押します。
  3. 炊きたてご飯の上にレトルトカレーを載せ、出来上がりです。

Ingredients:

  • Rice
  • Pre-cooked curry

Steps:

  1. Wash the rice.
  2. Put the rice in the rice cooker and push the button.
  3. Pour the curry on the hot rice and enjoy!

Curry hindú — インドカレー — Indian Curry

Hoy os hablo de comida que no es japonesa: ¡curry hindú! Sí, el curry japonés es muy famoso (al menos en Japón) pero es un poco distinto del hindú. Este último suele ser más líquido (el curry japonés es pastoso) y se sirve en un plato separado del arroz o nan (un pan hindú).

今日の話は日本の料理じゃなくてインドカレー!とろとろしていないのと、カレーとライス/パンは別のお皿に分かれているのは特長。おまけに、インドのナンというパンは上手い!

And now for some non-Japanese food: Indian curry! Yes, Japanese curry is very popular (in Japan), but it’s a little different from the Indian one. このお店では辛さが1から50倍まで選べるけど、5倍以上は激辛。何回か来たら、自分の口と胃にとって2倍がちょうどいいと分かった。ちなみに今日の写真の品は700円だった。

At this restaurant you can choose how spicy you want your curry from 1 to 50, 1 being normal and 5 or greater being too spicy for non-Indians. I have learned my perfect match is just double spice (2). Oh, and all you see on the picture was 700 yen.
