Hace unos meses os expliqué cómo se hace el gōyā chanpurū, un revuelto típico de Okinawa.

数ヶ月前、沖縄の名物であるゴーヤーチャンプルーの作り方を軽く説明した。

Some months ago I explained you how to make gōyā chanpurū, a typical Okinawan dish.

Esta vez lo hicimos con carne de cerdo y unas salchichas que nos sobraron de otra cosa, además del obligado (y amargo) gōyā, el tofu, el huevo y todo lo básico.

今回の材料は豚肉と、なぜかあったウィンナーと、ゴーヤー、豆腐、玉子など通常のチャンプルー材料だった。

This time we used pork, some leftover wieners, and the usual (and bitter) goya, egg, tofu, etc.

Por cierto, si alguien todavía cree que es peligroso cortar el tofu a la japonesa, que vea este vídeo.

ちなみに、豆腐の切り方にビビった外国人外多い。手のひらで切るなんて、危ないことに見えるらしい。
