Mientras publico esto estoy hablando en Love FM, una emisora de radio de Japón, sobre mi amigo de Mataró Uryol, su último viaje a Japón y su grupo de black death metal sinfónico The Bleeding Sun. Primero vamos a escucharlo cantando enka.

Un periódico llama “Muerte” al Ministro de Justicia 朝日新聞に「死に神」と呼ばれた法相

En la edición vespertina del día 18 del periódico japonés Asahi Shinbun apareció un artículo de opinión sobre las ejecuciones de esta semana que se refirió al Ministro de Justicia Kunio Hatoyama como «la Muerte personificada» (shinigami en el original, palabra que sonará a algunos lectores). Cita del texto original:

«Cada dos meses supera su propio récord de ejecuciones. En otras palabras, la Muerte personificada.»

朝日新聞の18日の夕刊に出た、今週の死刑執行についてのコラムが、鳩山邦夫法務大臣のことを「死に神」と表現した。引用：

「2カ月間隔でゴーサイン出して新記録達成。またの名、死に神」

In Asahi Shinbun’s evening paper for the 18th, an opinion column about this week’s executions called Minister of Justice Kunio Hatoyama «Death personified» (shinigami in the original, a word some readers might be familiar with). A quote from the column:

«He is beating his own record of executions every 2 months. In other words, Death personified.»

Muerte ministro de justicia Kunio Hatoyama 法務大臣 法省 死に神 鳩山邦夫 Death minister of justice

El Ministro declaró al respecto lo siguiente:

«[Los reos] fueron ejecutados según ordena la ley para los crímenes que cometieron. Creo que no se los llevó el de la guadaña. Y opino que [el artículo] es un insulto a los ejecutados.»

«¿Se dan cuenta de las malas consecuencias que tiene llamarme ‘Muerte’? Creo que esa manera de publicar textos imprudentes está contribuyendo a hacer peor el mundo.»

鳩山法相の批判：

「（死刑囚は）犯した犯罪、法の規定によって執行された。死に神に連れていかれたというのは違うと思う。（記事は）執行された方に対する侮辱だと思う」

「私を死に神と表現することがどれだけ悪影響を与えるか。そういう軽率な文章を平気で載せる態度自身が世の中を悪くしていると思う」

The Minister’s complaints:

«[The condemned criminals] were executed as the law specifies for their crimes. I believe they were not taken by a Reaper. And I think [the column] is an insult to the people who were executed.»

«¿Do you realize the bad influence that calling me «Death» can have? I think it is that attitude of publishing thoughtless texts what is making this a worse world.»
