Dragon Quest IX y Magic 2010

Hoy a las 7 de la mañana (a las 12 de esta noche en España) se pone a la venta el Dragon Quest IX y allí estaré comprándolo. Hablaré del lanzamiento en el blog, pero si quieres ver mis impresiones, fotos y vídeos en tiempo real sígueme en Twitter.

Después estaré en la prerelease de Magic 2010, el nuevo set básico de Magic: El Encuentro que promete ser muy divertido. Seguiremos con Twitter. No sé si ganaré algo, pero me lo voy a pasar muy bien.

その後はマジック2010のプレリリースに行きます。MTGの新しい基本セットは面白そう。ここでもTwitterを続けます。勝てるかどうか分からないけど、楽しんでくる！

Later I’ll be at the Magic 2010 prerelease. The new core set for Magic: The Gathering looks interesting. I’ll keep up with Twitter too. Don’t know if I’ll win anything, but of course I’ll have a good time.

En cola para comprar Dragon Quest V ドラクエVの発売日に並んだ

Hoy se ha puesto a la venta el Dragon Quest V para Nintendo DS. Como buen desempleado que soy me he ido a una tienda grande en el centro para ver si había gente haciendo cola y, de paso, para comprar el juego.

今日はドラゴンクエストVのニンテンドーDS版の発売日だ。良いニートとして大きなお店に早めに行って、並んで、購入するしかなかった。

Today was the launch day for Dragon Quest V for the Nintendo DS. As a good NEET I had to go downtown to a large electronics store and stand in line before buying it.

El juego me está gustando mucho. Me gustan más los gráficos y música de Super Nintendo, pero jugar en la DS es mucho más cómodo. Aunque una versión para GameBoy Advance habría sido mucho mejor. Por cierto, el año pasado viví el lanzamiento de Dragon Quest IV para DS en Akihabara, Tokio.

このゲームはやっぱり面白い。僕はスーファミ版のグラフィックと音源の方が好きだけど、DSの方がやっぱりやりやすい。アドバンスに移植した方が良かったと思うけどなぁ。ちなみに去年のDS用ドラクエIVの発売日は秋葉原にいた。

I’m liking the game a lot. I think the graphics and sound were better on the Super Famicom, but it’s much more comfy to play it on the DS. A GameBoy Advance port would have been much better, though. By the way, last year I spent the Dragon Quest IV launch day at Akihabara in Tokyo.

La placa del Super Game Boy スーパーゲームボーイの基盤

¿Sabéis qué es el Super Game Boy? Es un cartucho que permite jugar a juegos de Game Boy en la Super Nintendo, excepto a los exclusivos de Color o Advance. Cuando lo usas estás jugando a un juego dentro de un juego. Y no es un emulador porque tiene en su interior una CPU de Game Boy.

スーパーゲームボーイって知ってる？スーファミでゲームボーイのソフト(カラー専用とアドバンス用以外)が遊べるカセット。使うと、ゲームの中でゲームをすることになる。ちなみに中にゲームボーイのCPUがついてるからエミュレーターじゃない。

Did you know about the Super Game Boy? It lets you play Game Boy games on the Super Famicom, except for «Color only» and Advance ones. When you use it, you’re playing a game inside a game. And it’s no emulator, since it has a Game Boy CPU inside.

Aquí abajo lo he pillado copulando con el Dragon Quest Monsters 2, uno de los cartuchos más atractivos de Game Boy. Vaya galán.

この下はゲームボーイのソフトの中でもかなり魅力的方のドラクエモンスターズ2と合体しているシーン。

Pero no todas las historias de amor acaban bien. Tuve que destrozar la carcasa porque necesitaba ver cómo eran la placa y el conector de cartuchos de Game Boy. No, no tenía el destornillador adecuado. Y el cartucho de Game Boy lo puse después de romper todo.

しかしラブストリーはいつもハッピーエンディングであるまい。中身とゲームボーイカセットの端子を見たくて、スーパーゲームボーイを開けないといけなかった。しかも使えるドライバーなしで。（今さしてあるソフトは開けてから入れた）

But not all love stories have a happy end. I had to break the Super Game Boy’s carapace in order to see its circuit board and its Game Boy cartridge connector. It’s a pity I didn’t have a suitable driver. By the way, I put the Game Boy game there after I was done breaking.

Here’s a picture of the circuit board for whoever would need it. I recently searched the internets for one but found none.

Lo mejor es que después de romperle la carcasa el Super Game Boy seguía funcionando. Aquí abajo está jugando con su buen amigo Mario’s Picross, y también podéis ver que el travieso ratón ha hecho de las suyas.

面白いのは、スーパーゲームボーイを壊してもまだまだ動くこと！この下は親友の「マリオのピクロス」と遊んでいるところ。いたずら好きなマウスの仕業も見える。

Most interesting is, the Super Game Boy still works after breaking it and stripping it open. Below it’s having a good time with good old friend Mario’s Picross. And you can also see the mischievous mouse’s doing.
