Hace medio año os enseñé cómo hago el salmón con cebolla, con vídeo y todo. Hoy os enseño cómo nos quedó esta vez el salmón con enoki y cebolla, que es una seta blanca y larga muy usada en la cocina japonesa.

半年前、シャケとタマネギを焼いているところの動画を公開した。今日は、シャケとエノキとタマネギで出来た物を見てもらおう。

Half a year ago, I showed you a video on how I cook salmon with onions. Today I’m showing you how salmon, enoki and onions looked this time. Enoki is a white, long mushroom which is very useful in Japanese cooking.

Lo acompañamos con arroz blanco (por supuesto) y con una sencilla ensalada aliñada al estilo mediterráneo, con aceite de oliva y sal, que pega muy bien con este tipo de comida casera. A Ai le gustó mucho y, qué os voy a contar, a mí también.

ご飯とサラダで食べた。サラダのドレッシングは地中海風に、オリーブオイルと塩だけにした。家庭料理にはかなり合うと思う。二人で美味しく食べました。

We had it with rice (of course) and salad. Dressing was Mediterranean style: just olive oil and salt. I think it suits home cooking very well. Ai loved it, and of course I did too.

Comiendo shabu shabu しゃぶしゃぶ

Ayer comimos shabu-shabu en un restaurante de la cadena MK. Hacía mucho tiempo desde la última vez y estaba buenísimo.

昨日MKでしゃぶしゃぶ食べてきた。久しぶりだった。旨かった！

Yesterday we had shabu shabu at an MK chain restaurant. It had been long since last time, and it was delicious.

Aquí está Ai metiendo su comida en la olla mientras yo no paro de hacer fotos.

お鍋に材料を入れている愛。その間僕は写真を撮りまくった。

This is Ai putting her food into the pot while I take more and more pictures.

Pero al final yo también comí. Aquí mojando un manojo de enoki (unas setas largas y finas) en ponzu, una salsa con mucho vinagre.

結局僕も食べた。この写真ではポン酢にエノキをつけてる。

But at last I cooked and had my food, too. This is me dipping some enoki mushrooms in ponzu, a sauce that contains a lot of vinegar.

Y aquí mojando un trozo de carne de cerdo (protagonista del shabu shabu) en salsa picante. También había salsa de sésamo, pero no me gusta tanto.

そして、この写真では辛口たれに豚をつけてる。ゴマだれもあったけどそんなに好きじゃない。

And here I am dipping some pork (which plays the main role in shabu shabu) in the spicy sauce. There was a sesame sauce too, but I don’t like it as much.
