El gato mono 猿猫

Esta mañana paseando por mi nuevo barrio para acabar de despertarme, me he hecho amigo de el gato que maulla como un mono.

今朝新しい近所で散歩していたら、猿のように鳴く猫とお友達になれた。

This morning I was having a walk around my new town, and I became friends with the cat that purrs like a monkey.

¡Y perdón por teneros abandonados tanto tiempo! Había muchas cosas que hacer con la mudanza, y no he tenido internet hasta hoy. Espero que estéis disfrutando del pepinismo instantáneo y de mi Twitter personal, que los actualizo muy a menudo.

Enyesando la cocina 台所には漆喰

Esto no es lo que puede parecer. Es yeso para las paredes y el techo de la cocina.

これは違うものに見えるかもしれないけど、台所の壁や天井のための漆喰です。

This is not what it may look like. It’s plaster for the kitchen’s walls and ceiling.

Lo compré por internet en bolsas de 4 kilos, ya mezclado con agua y todo. Y no salió nada caro, así que trabajo que me ahorro.

4キロのパックで水と混ざった状態で通販で買った。全然高くなかったし、混ぜる作業をしなくてもいいことは助かる。

Bought it online in 4 kg packs with the plaster already mixed with water. It wasn’t expensive at all, so I’m happy to save me some work.

Primero hice las partes fáciles con mi amigo @taccu que me ayudó muchísimo con el techo que es lo más difícil.

まずはやりやすいところからやってみた。@taccuはいきなり難しい天井から手伝ってくれた。凄く助かりました！

First did the easy parts with my friend @taccu, who helped me a lot with the ceiling which is the most difficult part.

Here you can see a bit of the walls and ceiling’s color before plastering.

This is how a finished corner looks like.

Y un poco de pared con un dibujo curioso. Es la primera vez que lo hago pero no está quedando mal. ¡Estoy contento! Y perdonad que no escriba casi nada últimamente, pero esto de la reforma y la mudanza da un montón de trabajo.

そして面白い模様の壁のアップ。初めてやってみたけど、完成度が悪くなくて嬉しい！あと、最近あまり投稿できなくてすみません・・・リフォームや引っ越しで忙し過ぎ。

And this is a wall with an interesting pattern. It’s the first time I do this but I’m happy with the result. And sorry about posting too little but the reform and moving takes a lot of time.

Poniendo tarima flotante フローリングなう

Ayer acabamos de poner de poner el parqué en una de las habitaciones de nuestra nueva casa. ¡Sí, nos hemos comprado una casa japonesa antigua! Y los cacharros esos que hay al lado de Ai son unas estufas haciendo peso para que se pegue bien la madera.

昨日は、家の部屋の一つにフローリングを付け終わった。はい、小民家を買いました！愛の隣の灯油ヒーターは、重しに使っています。

Yesterday we finished the wood flooring of one of the rooms in our new house. Yes we bought a traditional Japanese house! And the things on Ai’s left are some heaters we needed to step on the flooring so it sticks well.

El plan era clavar estas tablas súper antiguos, y luego en el espacio que iba el tatami poner tarima flotante.

予定は、この古い板を釘で付けてから、その上に畳があった場所にフローリングを付ける感じでした。

The plan was, nail these old wood boards then in the space where tatami used to be there put the flooring.

Clavando estas tablas me cargué mis primeros clavos. Era la primera vez que hacía algo así; menos mal que el padre de Ai estaba dirigiendo todo y haciendo la mayoría de las cosas.

こういう作業が初めてで、最初から釘を何本もダメにしました。現場監督＋ほとんどの作業をしてくれた愛のお父さんがいて本当に助かりました。

I failed my first nails here. It was my first time doing anything like this, so I was very lucky to have Ai’s father with me, knowing how to do everything and doing most of the stuff as well.

Había parqué para elegir, y al final compramos el de la derecha.

フローリング材をこんなに選べた。結局一番右のやつにしてみた。

There were several wood types to choose from, and we chose the one on the right.

Primero pegamos con cola los listones sobre los que iría el parqué, y luego…

最初は垂木をボンドで貼付けて・・・

First we glued the wood guides to the floor, then…

Y encima de eso, el acabado final. No sé si los profesionales lo hacen de alguna forma distinta, pero quedó estupendo y estamos muy agradecidos a los padres de Ai por ayudarnos. ¡Gracias!

その上にフローリングを。プロはいろんなやり方があるかもしれないけど、これで大満足！愛の両親に本当に感謝しています。いつもありがとうございます！

Then we glued the flooring on those. I don’t know if professionals do something different but we are very happy with the result and appreciate a lot Ai’s parents coming over to help us. Thank you!

Exposición de Sünao Lab. スナオラボ家具のかけら展

Estas sillas para niños tan curiosas son obra de Tomotaka Nagao, también conocido como Sünao Lab.

この面白い子供用椅子は、スナオラボこと長尾朋貴さんの作品です。

These fun kid chairs are the work of Tomotaka Nagao, also known as Sünao Lab.

今週は、いつでも面白い物が見られる美容室コティで作品が展示されている。明日の26日（火）までだから行ってみましょう！

This week he’s been having an exhibition at koti, the hair salon that always has something cool to look at. The exhibition will be there only until tomorrow (Tuesday, 26th) so hurry up!

なべしきになる木工の家。

A wooden house convertible into something to put under a hot pot.

Esta caja de anillos parece que la ha comprado alguien que hace y vende anillos.

このリング入れはリングを作ってる職人さんが買ったらしい。

Looks like a ring artisan bought this ring box.

Por si necesitas dejar los palillos en algún sitio mientras comes. Lo que venden normalmente para este propósito no se atraviesa sino que se dejan los palillos encima.

くぐる箸置き。

If you need to put your chopsticks somewhere while eating, put them in here. Regular things for this purpose are just something to lay the chopsticks on, but these ones are more intimate.

El Sr. Nagao es una persona muy interesante con quien espero hablar otra vez. También hace muebles de tamaño normal, y más cosas.

長尾さんはまたお会いしたい面白い方でした！通常サイズの家具なども作っているそうです。

Mr Nagao is a very interesting person I’d be very happy to talk to again. He also makes regular sized furniture and other stuff.

El tema de esta exposición era: cosas hechas con piezas sobrantes después hacer muebles. ¡Y aún así siguen sobrando! Te puedes llevar algún taco de madera de regalo.

この展示会のテーマは：作った家具のあまった「かけら」で物を作る。それでも、まだあまってる！1個もらってもって帰ってもいいみたい。

The theme for the exhibition was: things made up from the pieces that remain after making furniture. And still some pieces remain! You can take one home as a souvenir.
