Demo: Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2 体験板：ドラゴンクエストモンスターズジョーカー2

He estado jugando con la demo del Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2, que sale mañana.

明日発売の「ドラゴンクエストモンスターズジョーカー2」の体験板で遊んできた。

I’ve been playing with the Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2 demo. The game will be out tomorrow.

No confundir con el Dragon Quest Monsters 2, que salió hace 9 años.

9年前に発売されたドラゴンクエストモンスターズ 2と間違えないでね。

Don’t mistake this as Dragon Quest Monsters 2, which went for sale 9 years ago.

El protagonista tiene una pinta más clásica que en el anterior Joker.

前作のジョーカーの主人公より典型的なキャラクターデザイン。

The main character looks more classical than the one from the first Joker.

Los menús también han mejorado mucho. En el 1 eran muy cutres.

メニューも凄くよくなった。実は前作のメニューでは全然なっとくいかなかった。

Menus look a lot better than in the first one, too. This fix was seriously needed.

Mañana se pone a la venta. ¡Lo tengo reservado, y ahí estaré para comprarlo!

明日は発売日。予約したから買いに行くよ！

Tomorrow it’ll be for sale. I’ve preordered it so I’ll be there to buy it!

El otro día me compré unos chicles que venían con unas cartas del Profesor Layton de regalo. ¿O eran unas cartas que venían con chicles de regalo? Por cierto, ¿os acordáis del panecillo del Profesor Layton?

この間買ったレイトン教授のガムにカードが付いていた。それとも、カードにガムが付いていたのか？ところでレイトン教授の頭脳パンの動画は見た？

The Professor Layton chewing gum I bought came with some trading cards. Or did the cards come with some gum? By the way did you watch my movie about Professor Layton’s riddle snack?

¡Y hoy es Sant Jordi, el día del libro! En la fira del llibre de Sant Jordi en Barcelona podéis encontrar Soñar con Japón a la venta en la Llibreria Alibri.

Ivy the Kiwi アイビィ・ザ・キウィ？

Esta semana me he encontrado con la demo de un juego bastante sorprendente de Nintendo DS: Ivy the Kiwi de Prope.

今週見つけて驚いたニンテンドーDSソフトの体験板：プロペの「アイビィ・ザ・キウィ？」。

This week I found a demo of a surprising Nintendo DS game: Prope’s Ivy the Kiwi.

Es un kiwi (el pollito, no la fruta) que va caminando solo y tiene que encontrar la salida.

このキウイ（果物じゃなくて鳥の方）は勝手に歩いていて出口を見つけたいらしい。

It’s a kiwi (the bird, not the fruit) that walks on his own and wants to reach the exit.

Para ayudarlo podemos trazar hasta 3 líneas simultáneas. Se pueden estirar como un arco y más cositas, así que las mecánicas molan bastante.

助けるにはツタを同時に3本まで描ける。弓のように引いたり等できてシステムが面白い。

To help him, you can draw up to three lines at once. You can pull them like a bow and other stuff so the mechanics are fun enough.

Con enemigos, cositas para coleccionar y muchas pantallas puede ser entretenido. Pero no deja de parecerme un juego de móvil (en realidad salió primero para Windows Mobile) y creo que pegaría más en la DSi Store que en un cartucho de DS. Aunque el estilo artístico con una gama otoñal de marrones es muy original si lo comparamos con los juegos japoneses de ahora.

敵、収集品、いっぱいのレベルで面白そうだけど、どうしても携帯電話ゲームに見えてしまう（先にWindows Mobileに出てたらしい）。何となくカセットよりもDSiストアに相応しい気がするけど、いいところといえば茶色ばかりで特別の雰囲気を出せていて今の日本のゲームの中でいい意味に目立つと思う。

Add enemies, collectables and many levels and it may be interesting, but it still looks like a cellphone game to me (it was actually released first for Windows Mobile). I think it would fit more at the DSi Store than as a DS game card. Though the art looks quite fresh with all that brown. You don’t get too often this kind of unique atmospheres nowadays in Japanese games.

Ototo オトト

El tercer juego de DS del Nintendo Game Seminar 2009 que se ha distribuido es el Ototo, un juego musical.

任天堂ゲームセミナー2009の第3弾として配布されたDSソフトは音ゲーのオトト。

The third DS game from the Nintendo Game Seminar 2009 to be distributed is Ototo, a music game.

Consiste en hacer música ballenística pinchando la pantalla con el palillo o haciendo resbalar al mismo (con lo que conseguimos un arpeggio).

内容は、画面をタッチするとクジラが歌う。こするとアルペッジョが鳴る。

It consists in singing whale songs by touching the screen or dragging on it (which will generate an arpeggio).

Cada pantalla (o canción) tiene dos partes: en la primera repites los compases que canta tu rival.

各ステージ（歌）には2つの部分がある：まずはライバルの歌う小節を繰り返す。

Every stage has two parts: in the first one you repeat what is sung to you.

Y en la segunda es él quien repite los tuyos. Puntúa el uso de los «trucos» que te va enseñando el juego como tercetos varios y otros compases prefabricados.

それからは自分の好きな小節を繰り返してもらう。ゲームで教えられる小節をまねして作ると高得点。

And in the second one they repeat what you sing. Using bars similar to the ones the game teaches you will give you a good score.

El juego tiene cinco pantallas y un tutorial. Siendo un juego sencillote y entretenido me parece una longitud apropiada. Más longitud aburriría, porque la música no es el punto fuerte de este juego musical (aunque no llega a estar mal).

ゲームは5面とチュートリアルだけなんだけど、簡単で楽しいゲームだし、それで十分だと思う。というかこれより増えたら困る。なぜかというとこの音ゲーの得意は音楽じゃない気がするから（悪くはないけど）。

The game has 5 stages and a tutorial. Being a simple and fun game it sounds like a suitable length to me. Well, actually I wouldn’t want this music game to grow too much because the music isn’t its strongest spot (although it’s not bad).

¡Pero ojo, porque hay una pantalla secreta en la que te enfrentas a tu yo del futuro! Y hablando del futuro, a ver qué tal el último juego que les queda por distribuir.

隠しステージがあるから要注意！そこのライバルは「未来のお前自身」・・・未来と言ったら、後第4弾だけだね。楽しみ！

But beware! You’ll fight your future self in the secret stage. And speaking of the future, I’m looking forward to the last game they’ll distribute.

Hola, me llamo DS どうも、DSです

Domo, DS Desu (Hola, me llamo DS) es el segundo juego del Nintendo Game Seminar 2009 que se distribuye.

どうも、DSですは任天堂ゲームセミナー2009の配布される作品の二番目。

Domo, DS Desu (Hi, my name is DS) is the second Nintendo Game Seminar 2009 game to be distributed.

Al principio nos hacen creer que es un juego típico y clásico pero de repente la DS nos empieza a hablar. Y sigue hablando durante todo el juego.

最初はごく普通のアクションゲームだと思わせられるけど、DSがいきなり喋りだす。それからずっと喋る。

They first make you thing it’s a typical, classical game but then the DS starts talking. Then he keeps speaking for the whole game.

El juego en realidad va de cómo juega contigo la DS. Aquí parece que está escribiendo su diario.

このゲームの本当のテーマはDSで遊ぶんじゃなくて、DSと一緒に遊ぶこと。ここでは日記を書いてるらしい。

This game is actually about how the DS plays with you. He’s even keeping a diary.

Al principio me pidió que le masajease los botones. Es bastante curiosa la idea.

最初はボタンがこってるからマッサージしてほしいと言ってくる。面白いアイデアだな。

First he asked me to massage his buttons. Nice idea.

Luego hay un juego de 3 en raya en el que la DS hace trampas.

次はまるばつゲーム（三目並べ）をさせられる。DSがズルする。

Then he wanted to play tic-tac-toe, and even cheated.

Y luego hacemos un dibujo a medias. En general tiene algunas ideas originales pero como juego me pareció un aburrimiento.

その後、一緒にお絵描きする。このソフトには新鮮なアイデアがいっぱい入ってるけど、ゲームとしてはだるいと思った。

After that he felt like drawing something together. This program has some fresh ideas, but felt very slow altogether.
