Concurso de Dragon Quest — ドラゴンクエストクイズ — Dragon Warrior quiz

El 3 de mayo pillamos por casualidad en la televisión japonesa un concurso con preguntas y pruebas sobre videojuegos. Lo que podéis ver en este vídeo es una prueba en la que dos concursantes se turnan nombrando magias de la serie de juegos de rol Dragon Quest, hasta que uno no consigue decir el nombre de un hechizo nuevo en 5 segundos.

5月3日、テレビで偶然ゲーム関連のクイズ番組を見た。今日の動画でご覧いただけるのは、二人の選手が順番にドラゴンクエストの呪文を唱える問題。どちらかが5秒以内に新しい呪文を唱えることが出来なかったら、失格！

On May 3rd, we casually watched on Japanese TV a quiz show with questions about video games. What you can see on the video is two contestants taking turns to name a Dragon Quest spell within 5 seconds.

La verdad es que los concursantes se habían estado luciendo mucho a lo largo del programa, y me sorprendió mucho que esta prueba acabara tan rápido. Me quedé con las ganas de saber si yo habría ganado al vencedor o no.

みんな凄く詳しそうだったが、すぐに1人が失格になり驚いた。自分がこの勝利者に勝てるかどうか気になる。

I was rather surprised because, although everybody knew a lot of stuff about games, the Dragon Quest spell test finished rather early. I wonder if I would be able to beat the winner.

El concurso se llama TV Champion 2 (TV Tokyo), y cada semana trata de un tema diferente.

番組はテレビ東京のTVチャンピオン2。テーマは毎週変わるらしい。

The show’s name is TV Champion 2 (TV Tokyo). The theme for every week is different.

El pollo musical — 音楽のひよこ — Musical birdie

Este pollito lo compré en hace unos meses y todavía no lo he mirado ni tocado por dentro. Le quiero poner una salida de línea para poder enchufarlo a la mesa de mezclas.

この「ひよこ」は数ヶ月前に買って、まだこの中身を見てもいないし、改造もしていないが、いつかライン出力を付けてミキサーに繋げてみたい。

I bought this little chicken some months ago, and I still haven’t looked at or touched his guts. I want to put a line output on him so I can plug him to my mixer.

Se le oye un poco flojito porque me lo vendieron con pocas pilas. Y lo que se oye de fondo es un bucle que he hecho con la Game Boy en un minuto.

買った時から電池が弱いらしく、音は小さい。BGMは1分で作ったゲームボーイループ。

Sound is a bit thin because the batteries were quite worn out even when I bought it. What you can hear in the background is just some loop I made up on a Game Boy in 1 minute.

Tingle no Balloon Fight DS — チンクルのバルーンファイトDS

Me ha llegado un regalo del Club Nintendo. El juego Tingle no Balloon Fight DS, gratis y en exclusiva por haber gastado mucha pasta en Nintendo el año pasado.

クラブニンテンドーからプレゼントが届いた。去年任天堂製品を沢山買ったご褒美に、「チンクルのバルーンファイトDS」という非売品を貰いました。

A present from Club Nintendo came today. Thanking me for all the cash I gave Nintendo last year, I got Tingle’s Balloon Fight DS for free, and it’s the only way to get it.

En el vídeo me equivoco leyendo la carta de nintendo, y digo heikai en vez de haikei (拝啓), que es una forma formal de empezar una carta. (Nota: si empiezas una carta con 拝啓, tienes que acabarla con 敬具 — keigu)

動画で手紙を読むとき、間違えて「拝啓」を「へいかい」と言ってしまった。

When I’m reading the letter on the video, I make a mistake reading heikai instead of haikei (拝啓), which is a formal way to start a letter. (Note: when starting a letter with 拝啓, you must finish it with 敬具 — keigu)

Kaseo and 12 Pikaremin

Vengo de ver por primera vez a Kaseo, un hombre que hace música con juguetes modificados (circuit bending). Ha sido impresionante. Aquí podéis verlo con sus Pikaremin, muñecos de Pikachu modificados.

初めてKaseoさんのライブを見てきました。改造したおもちゃで音楽を作る人で（サーキットベンディング）、マジでヤバかったです。改造されたピカチュウ、ピカレミンを触っているところをご覧下さい。

Just came back from seeing Kaseo live for the first time. A man who makes music with modded toys (circuit bending), het was really amazing. Here you can see him with his Pikaremin, modded Pikachu toys.
