En Bilbao compré una bebida que no he visto nunca en Japón. Es un vaso de chocolate que viene en un envase que se calienta de forma automática en solo 40 segundos, gracias a una reacción química entre cloruro de calcio y agua. Creo que no es nada nuevo, pero me sorprendió.
ビルバオでは日本で見たことない飲料を購入した。ホットチョコだけど、そのコップ自体が自分であたたまる。塩化カルシウムと水は化学反応加熱して、40秒で中身のチョコレートをあたためることが出来る。新しい物じゃないと思うけど、驚いた。
At Bilbao I got myself a drink that I have never seen in Japan. It’s a cup of hot chocolate, but it’s the cup what gets hot itself in 40 seconds using a chemical reaction with calcium chloride and water. I don’t think it’s anything new, but I was surprised.
Valía 1.90 €, y también había té y café. El chocolate era chocolate a la taza de verdad, nada de cocoa tipo Cola Cao o Van Houten.
値段は1.90ユーロで（300円ぐらい）日本の温かい飲み物より高い。しかしスペインでは冷たい飲み物を自販機で買ってもそのぐらいだ。中身は本物のスペイン ホットチョコレートだった。コラカオとかバンホーテンのココアよりずっと濃い。ちなみにコーヒーと紅茶もあった。
It was 1.90 EUR (normal in Spain for a drink to take away) and there were coffee and tea, too. The chocolate was real Spanish hot chocolate, thicker than cocoa like Cola Cao or Van Houten.

Supongo que en Japón no es necesario gastar en envases desechables tan costosos porque hay máquinas expendedoras de bebidas calientes y konbini abiertos las 24 horas, que también te las venden. Pero en invierno tiene que dar gustico calentarse las manos con el envase después de habérselo acabado.
日本にはこういう自動加熱使い捨てコップに入った飲料は多分要らないかな、と思った。自販機で温かい飲み物を買えるし、コンビニも多い。しかし冬になると、こういうコップが懐炉みたいな役もやってくれるのは嬉しいでしょう。
I guess they don’t need these self-warming disposable cups in Japan since they have hot drinks vending machines and lots of konbini selling them 24/7, but when it gets cold it must be nice to have a cup warming your hands even when you’ve finished your drink.
