Hoy os vamos a enseñar lo básico para hacer curry en casa. Os adelanto que lo más importante son tres cosas: remover, remover y remover.
今日はカレーを家で作ってみたときの話をします。基本は「混ぜる」らしい。
Today we’re teaching the basics on how to make curry at home. The basics are: mix, mix, mix.
Antes de nada hay que cortar mucha verdura. Aquí tenemos cebolla, zanahoria, patata y calabaza.
最初は野菜をいっぱい切ろう。ここにあるのはタマネギ、人参、ジャガイモとカボチャ。
First you’ll have to cut a lot of vegetables. Here you can see our onions, carrots, potatoes and pumpkin.
Después se sofríe la carne en la olla.
お肉をお鍋で少し炒める。
Fry the meat in the cooking pot just for a bit.
Añade la verdura y se sigue removiendo para que no se queme ni se pegue nada.
野菜を加えて、何も焦げ付かないように混ぜまくる。
Add the veggies and keep mixing.
Añadimos agua.
水を加える。
Add some water.
¡Y llegó el momento de las pastillas de curry!
カレーだよ！
Time for the curry spices!
Se echan a pedacitos en la olla.
割ってお鍋に入れる。
Add the pieces to the cooking pot.
Y se deshacen en seguida. Remover, remover y más remover.
すぐ解ける。混ぜよう、混ぜよう。
They will melt in no time. Then mix, mix, mix.
Y así nos quedó en el plato con arroz. ¡Estaba buenísimo!
こんなカレーライスになっちゃった。うまかったよ！
