2007/09/01 Tsuji Rave II

Todavía no he terminado de poner las fotos de la primera Tsuji-Rave, pero nos acabamos de enterar de que la segunda es el sábado que viene, y además nos han apuntado para tocar.

1回目の辻レイブの写真はまだ全部載せていないのに、2回目が来週の土曜日に決まったらしい。よく分からないけど、ペピーノも出るそうだ。

I still have pictures from the first Tsuji-Rave to publish, but we just heard the second one is happening next Saturday, and looks like they are counting on us to play ive.

Telegrama Ultraman — ウルトラマン電報

Hace unas semanas fue mi cumpleaños y una persona me mandó un telegrama para felicitarme. Hace años que los telegramas quedaron obsoletos con la llegada del correo electrónico, pero en Japón todo se recicla y la empresa telefónica NTT ofrece un servicio de telegramas con sobres especiales o muñecos que se usa sobre todo para transmitir felicitaciones o condolencias en ocasiones especiales.

数週間前僕の誕生日だったので、ある方から電報が届きました。電報が電子メールがあるから使われていないと思ったら、日本ではやっぱりそこもリサイクル！現在の特殊封筒、ぬいぐるみなどの電報がおめでたい気持ち、お悔やみなどを伝えるのに使われているらしい。

Some weeks ago it was my birthday, and one nice person sent me a telegram. I thought telegrams had been obsoleted by e-mail, but in Japan anything can be recycled and current NTT telegrams are used on occasion (weddings, demises, etc.).

It was very nice because it’s the first telegram I’ve ever got. I really appreciate this nice person sending it.

Nobushi 野武士 Isla de Salsa 2007

El sábado en el festival Isla de Salsa, además de a Diamantes también vimos a Nobushi, un grupo de percusión muy espectacular que toca tambores tradicionales japoneses wadaiko.

土曜日、イスラ・デ・サルサでディアマンテスの他に野武士も見た。かなり派手な動きの和太鼓ユニット。

Last Saturday at Isla de Salsa festival, apart from Diamantes we also saw Nobushi, a very impressive group playing Japanese traditional wadaiko drums.

A primera vista me dieron un poco de miedo porque parecían unos macarras, pero cuando se pusieron a tocar me di cuenta de que molaban un montón.

最初は「怖いなぁ〜」と思っていたけど、始まったら「かっこいい！」と思った。楽しかった。

At first I found them quite scary but when they started, I realized they are amazingly cool.

Nuestros amigos de MicroBCN, el colectivo de chiptuneros de Barcelona, han salido retratados este lunes en la portada de Cultura del periódico La Vanguardia. Me parece un artículo muy claro y atractivo.

バルセロナのチップチューン団体MicroBCNがスペインの大手新聞La Vanguardiaに取材されて、今週の月曜日この記事が出た。スペイン語だから読めない人も多いだろうけど、とてもわかりやすくていい感じの記事だと思ってもらっていい。

Spanish major newspaper La Vanguardia published last Monday a very nice column about Barcelona’s chiptune collective MicroBCN. It’s all in Spanish, but I can tell you the article is very attractive and quite accurate.

¿Os habéis fijado en que, en la foto del periódico, VCFool está apuntando la Game Boy Camera hacia rabato? Pues esta parece ser la foto que estaba sacando, y en su blog hay varias más.

新聞に出た写真ではVCFoolがゲームボーイとポケットカメラをrabatoに向けているのに誰か気づいた？この下の写真は、VCFoolがそのときに撮ったかも知れない。彼のブログに取材のときのゲームボーイ写真が他にいっぱい載っていた。

Have you noticed that in the picture on the newspaper, VCFool is pointing his Game Boy Camera towards rabato? This is probably the picture he was taking, and there are more like this on his blog.

Instituto Cervantes de Tokio — セルバンテス文化センター東京

El Instituto Cervantes es un centro cultural creado por el Ministerio de Exteriores para promover la cultura hispana por todo el mundo. Tiene 70 centros en 39 países, y a través de la Embajada me entero de que muy pronto va a inaugurar un nuevo centro en Tokio. Será el primero que haya en Japón, y el más grande de toda la red con 7 pisos y 3 sótanos.

セルバンテス文化センターはスペインの外務省に所属する、世界中にスペインとラテン・アメリカの文化とスペイン語を広げるための団体。39ヵ国に70ヵ所にあって、そろそろ東京にもできるそう、しかも日本で初めてのセンターだし、10階と地下3階まであって世界中最大のセンターになるらしい。

Instituto Cervantes is an organization created by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in order to spread Spanish language and Spanish (as well as Latin-American) culture. It has 70 centers in 39 countries, and the first one in Japan will soon open in Tokyo, to be also the largest Instituto Cervantes center in the world with 7 floors and 3 basements.

El Edificio Cervantes de Tokio cuenta con auditorio, sala de exposiciones y biblioteca, así como 18 aulas donde se impartirán cursos de español y se podrá hacer el examen para el DELE (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera). Las actividades empiezan este mes de septiembre.

セルバンテスビルにはオーディトリアム、ギャラリー、図書館があって、18室の教室で授業とDELEのスペイン語検定試験が行う予定だそうだ。活動は9月に始まるので、東京にいる人は行ってみたら？

Cervantes Building Tokyo has an auditorium, a gallery, a library, and 18 classrooms where Spanish will be taught, and the test for the official DELE Spanish diplomas will take place. Activity will start in September, so don’t forget to check it if you are in Tokyo.
