Cuando mi familia estaba en Fukuoka fuimos todos a Canal City, un impresionante centro comercial que hay en el centro de la ciudad de Fukuoka. Dentro hay una sala de recreativos de Sega, como parece indicar este gigantesco Sonic.

家族が福岡に遊びにきてくれていた時は町中にあるすごいショッピングモールキャナルシティに行った。その中にセガのゲームセンターがある。場所は巨大なソニックが教えてくれる。

When my family was in Fukuoka I took them to Canal City, an amazing shopping mall in the middle of the city. There’s a Sega arcade inside, as Sonic seems to point.

Allí jugué por primera vez al Rhythm Tengoku, la versión arcade del juego de Game Boy Advance. Tenían auriculares y mandos de Famicom conectados, cosa que no tienen en otros sitios donde he visto esta máquina de Nintendo y Sega. Aquí podéis leer la versión Josecrem de los hechos con más fotos.

そこでは初めてゲーセン版のリズム天国をやった。原作はアドバンスよソフトだけど、アーケード版は任天堂とセガが力を合わせて開発したらしい。ここならヘッドフォンとファミコンコントローラーが付いていたけど、他のゲーセンでは付いていることはまだ見たことがない。Josecremのブログには写真が他にも載っている。

There, I played Rhythm Heaven for the first time. It’s more or less the same as the original Game Boy Advance game but this one is by Nintendo and Sega. At this arcade they had headphones and Famicom controllers, something I haven’t seen at other arcades. You can see more pictures at Josecrem‘s.

Por los alrededores de Canal City nos encontramos a este señor (Carlos Vidal no, el de su izquierda) que es medalla de bronce de la isla de Kyushu de billar a tres bandas. Estuvo hablando un rato no se sabe como con dos o tres de los nuestros, como cuenta con más detalle Josecrem en esta otra entrada.

キャナルシティの周辺で現れたおじさん。九州フランス・ビリヤードでブロンズメダルを取っているらしい！付いてきたスペイン人とは何となく通じ合って、長らく語った。今回も、Josecremのエントリーの方が細かい。

Around Canal City we met this man who has a bronze medal from the Kyushu Championship of Carom billiards (carambole). He seemed to be able to communicate with our guys and they were talking for some time. More detail at Josecrem‘s.
