Restaurante italiano Roma en Hofu 防府市のイタリア料理店ローマ

El fin de semana pasado en Hofu, Yamaguchi, la madre de Ai nos llevó a un restaurante italiano que nos sorprendió muy gratamente a todos. Mirad qué espaguetis con setas y jamoncito se comió Ai. ¡Muy finos!

先週末、山口県の防府で、愛のお母さんがイタリアンに連れて行ってくれた。美味しくて驚きました。愛が食べたキノコパスタは生ハムが付いてうまかった。

Last weekend in Hofu, Yamaguchi, Ai’s mother took us to an Italian restaurant which turned out to be a very good one. Look at Ai’s spaghetti funghi with prosciutto. Very nice!

Pero el sorpresón para mí fueron estos penne (ji, ji, ji) carbonara, que estaban como ningunos que me haya comido en Japón. Además se ve que me vieron cara de comer porque me pusieron una ración bastante más grande que las de los otros comensales. ¡Y no era nada caro! Se salía a unos 1000 yenes por cabeza. Lo encontraréis a una manzana del Machi no Eki.

でも一番驚いたのはこのペンネカルボナーラの味。日本で食べてきた中で一番美味しい！それに、サービスで大盛りにしてくれた。このお店は高くなくて、一人1000円ぐらいだった。まちの駅のすぐ近くにある！

But what I really loved was my penne carbonara, the best I’ve had in Japan. And somehow my dish had more pasta than anyone else’s! But who am I to complain? It was not expensive anyway. Around ¥1000 per person. You’ll find it a block away from Machi no Eki.

Espaguetis con salmón サーモンパスタ

Ayer volvimos a hacer espaguetis con esta seta llamada eringi, pero esta vez con salmón. Salieron impresionantes.

昨日はまたエリンギでパスタを作ったけど、今回は他の具はシャケだった。結構上手かった。

Yesterday we made pasta with eringi mushroom again, only this time we used salmon. It tasted great.

Primero salteamos en la sartén la cebolla, la seta y el salmón, y luego añadimos un poco de nata para que coja el sabor. También echamos sal y pimienta. Cuando esté la pasta, la echamos en la sartén y el resto de la nata encima. Ya está hecho.

最初はタマネギとエリンギとシャケを炒めて、少し生クリームをかける。塩こしょうで味付けする。パスタが出来たら、フライパンに入れて残りの生クリームをかける。出来上がり。

First fry the onions, mushroom and salmon and add some cream and salt and pepper. When the pasta is done, put it in the frying pan and mix with more cream. Done.

Ayer cene exactamente esto, pero viendo las fotos me dan ganas de comerme dos platos como este ahora mismo.

昨日食べたのに、今写真を見ながら2皿でも食べたいなーと思ってしまう。

I had exactly this yesterday, but looking at the pics I’d have 2 dishes now.

Espaguetis con colza 菜の花パスタ

El otro día nos dieron un poco de colza (¡gracias!), una hierba que se usa entre otras cosas para hacer aceite pero que también se puede poner por ejemplo en la pasta como si fueran espinacas.

この間菜の花を少しいただきました（ありがとうございます！）。菜の花は油を作るのに使われるらしいが、ホウレンソウみたいにパスタなどにも使える。

The other day we got some rapeseed (thank you!), a vegetable which is often used to make oil but you can also put it into pasta as if it was spinach.

También pusimos bacón y cebolla.

ベーコンとタマネギも入れた。

We put in bacon and onions too.

Y un aceite preparado con sabores y olores guays para pasta que teníamos por casa. Pero vamos, que con aceite de oliva sal y pimienta habría estado bueno también.

そしてこの「パスタのためのオイルソース」。オリーブオイルと塩こしょうでも美味しそうだけど。

And some pasta oil with yummy flavors and smells, but we could also have used the classic olive oil, salt and pepper.

Estaba muy bueno. Ya somos oficialmente un par de comeflores. ¿Y tú has comido colza alguna vez? ¿Te parece comida a simple vista?

本当に美味しかった。正式に「花食いカップル」になりました。あなたは菜の花を食べたことありますか？更に、食べ物に見えますか？

It was very good. We are now officialy a flower-eating hippy couple. By the way have you ever had rapeseed? Would you think of it as food?

Comida rápida en casa 家でファストフード

Muchos días como solo y, aunque comer fuera es barato en Japón, a veces me soluciono la comida rápidamente en casa.

一人でお昼食べることが多い。日本では外食も安くつくけど、たまには家で簡単に済ませる。

I have lunch alone quite often. Luckily one can eat out inexpensively in Japan, but sometimes I just have something simple at home.

Las salsas preparadas son bastante baratas en Japón (unos 100 yenes), y no están nada mal. Vienen en un sobre que se calienta al baño maría.

日本のパスタソースは安く（100円ぐらい）て美味しい。お湯に入れて温めるだけだし。

Pre-cooked pasta sauces are cheap in Japan (about ¥100), and they taste quite good. You just have to put the envelope in hot water to warm it up.

Mmm… Carbonara. カルボナーラ！

Pero no solo de cosas precocinadas vive el hombre, así que me hice una sencilla ensalada con lechuga y tomate.

でもレトルト等ばかり食べていられないから、トマトとレタスで簡単なサラダも作っておいた。

But even I can’t have only pre-cooked stuff, so I also made myself a simple salad with a tomato and some lettuce.

Con aceite de oliva arbequina del que nos dio Magí, que está buenísimo.

ドレッシングはマジーにもらった凄く美味しいアルベキーナオリーブオイル。

Dressed with delicious arbequina olive oil that Magí gave us.

Con esto y un plátano comí bastante bien. ¡Que aproveche! Por cierto, ¿cómo son tus comidas sencillas en casa?

Pasta estilo japonés con katsuobushi 和風パスタ

No es la primera vez que os enseñamos nuestra pasta estilo japonés, pero quiero preguntaros si os interesa hablar del umami (un sabor muy característico de la comida japonesa) y de los ingredientes que lo aportan. ¡Espero vuestros comentarios!

Esta vez los ingredientes del sofrito son: beicon, cebolla y setas shimeji. La salsa está hecha de mayonesa, dashi, agua y salsa de soja. Y después de servir cada plato le hemos echado katsuobushi.

今日炒めたのは：ベーコン、タマネギとしめじ。ソースはダシ、水、マヨネーズと醤油。そしてお皿に盛ってから鰹節をかけた。

What we fried today: bacon, onion and shimeji mushroom. The sauce is made of dashi, soy sauce, mayonnaise and water. And after serving the dishes, we threw some katsuobushi on them.
