Fogueres 2007

Las Hogueras de San Juan (Fogueres de Sant Joan) son la fiesta mayor de Alicante y se celebran cada año entre el 20 y el 24 de Junio. Aquí tenéis un vídeo que he montado con material que me ha enviado Josecrem, y con la versión de Pepino de la canción que suena: La manta al coll.

アリカンテの火祭り（フォゲレス・デ・サン・ジョアン）はアリカンテの最大のお祭りで、毎年6月20〜24日に行われています。下はJosecremさんの撮影したものを素材にした動画です。流れる曲「ラマンタルコイ」（La manta al coll）の後半はペピーノバージョンです。

Bonfires of Saint John (Fogueres de Sant Joan) are the most important festival in Alicante. They start every year on June 20th, and finish on June 24th. This is a video I edited with material sent by Josecrem, and with the Pepino version of the song you can hear here: La manta al coll.

This is the Skull Thrash Zone Vol. I compilation released in 1987. I saw it once, but it was too expensive so I just took a picture of it.

Campo de arroz con agua — 田んぼに水が入った — Flooded rice field

¡Por fin le han metido agua al campo de arroz! El martes estaba así.

田んぼにはやっと水が入った！火曜日はこの感じだった。

The rice field has been flooded at last! This was taken on Thursday.

Y el miércoles ya estaba así.

水曜日はこうなっていた。

And on Wednesday it was like this.

Parece que en pocos días plantarán el arroz.

そろそろ田植えをするだろう。

Guess they’ll be planting the rice very soon.

Tamagotchi gigante — デカたまごっち — Huge Tamagotchi

¿Os gustan los Tamagotchis? A mí me gustan porque son pequeños, tienen una pantalla LCD en blanco y negro, y hacen ruiditos. Son como las maquinitas Game & Watch de los 90. Ayer vi este Deka Tamagotchi en un centro comercial. ¡Es una tienda para Tamagotchis! Se pueden comprar cositas para tu mascota con los puntos que ganas jugando con ella.

みんなたまごっち好き？僕はたまごっちがちっちゃくて、白黒の液晶がついていて、かわいい音を出すから好き。たまごっちは90年代のゲームウオッチみたい。昨日お店で見かけたのはこのデカたまごっち。たまごっちのためのお店だ！自分のペットと遊んでたまったポイントでプレゼントを買うことが出来る。

Do you like Tamagotchi? I like them because they are small, have a monochrome LCD, and make cute noises. They’re like the Game & Watch of the 90’s. Yesterday I saw this Deka Tamagotchi at a store. It’s a shop for your Tamagotchi! You can buy stuff for it with the points you get playing with it.

Los Tamagotchi de ahora son un poco más grandes que los del principio, y también son más complicados. Pero hay una versión que estoy pensando en comprarme un día de estos. El Mini Tamagotchi es como el Tamagotchi original, solo que más pequeño y más barato. Un día será mío.

今のたまごっちは初代よりちょっと大きくて操作も複雑になっているけど、購入を検討している機種もある。ちびたまごっちは初代とほぼ同じ動作をするけど初代より小さい。それに安い！そのうち手に入るでしょ。

Today’s Tamagotchi are a little bigger than the first ones, and more complicated too. But there’s still a Tamagotchi I want to get some day. The Mini Tamagotchi is like the original Tamagotchi, only smaller and cheaper! One day, it’ll be mine.

Pepsi Pepino — ペプシ ペピーノ

La penúltima novedad en el movido mercado japonés de los refrescos es la Pepsi Ice Cucumber, o sea Pepsi con sabor a pepino. Siendo nosotros el pepino original, no hemos podido resistirnos a probarla.

いつも進化していく日本のソフトドリンク市場の最新製品はペプシ「アイスキューカンバー」。キュウリ味の飲料ということなので、我々ペピーノとしては飲んでみないと！（ちなみにペピーノってスペイン語でキュウリのこと）

The latest product in the ever changing Japanese soft drink market is Pepsi Ice Cucumber. And since pepino means cucumber, we had to try it.

La pinta y el olor parecen de lejía para limpiar suelos, y el sabor no recuerda a nada conocido.

見た目とにおいは液体の洗剤みたいだし、味はキューリとは思えない。

Looks and smell is like some cleaning product, and it certainly doesn’t taste like cucumber.
