You boil them and then immediately put them in water and ice.

Luego hay que mojarlos en el tsuyu, una salsa que se usa para mojar varias cosas diferentes en la gastronomía japonesa. Este tsuyu nos lo regaló otro amigo. Y ojo que le ponemos hielo también.

それから、つゆに漬けて食べます。このつゆも、別のお友達にいただいた物です。ちなみに、つゆにも氷を入れてもいい。

Then you dip them in tsuyu. This tsuyu by the way was a present by another friend. We also put ice in the tsuyu.
